Gala Dinner
The Biscari Palace was built by the Paternò Biscari’s Prince family and is, together with the Benedictine Monastery of San Nicolò l’Arena, the most important and well-known building of eighteenth-century architecture in Catania.
The frescoed halls are a splendid location for the gala dinner (up to 350 people). Tipycal sicilian menu will be served.

Excursion to Mount Etna
Etna is one of the tallest active volcanoes in Europe. In June 2013, it was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Guided tour to Silvestri Craters from where you can admire the sunset. The tour has an easy difficulty, because you will alternate trips by bus to reach the various places of interest, with walks and soft trekking.
On the way back, visit to a farmhouse with:
− Visit to the farm: presentation, live bees;
− Visit to the honey extraction laboratory;
− Honey tasting: by the teaspoon, hive products, derivatives and dry biscuits;
− Wine tasting: in bio plastic glass;
− Tasting of preserves: olives, dried tomatoes, artichokes, etc.
− Oil tasting and pesto and pâté tasting with wood-fired bread.
